Abstract：The low altitude penetration plane and anti-ship missile are the mainly target intimidated the ship formatiorn It has aimed at the modern problem of ship formation early warning to the low altitude target, and has given some allocation measures on the base of the requirement of the SEH early warning to the low altitude target.
