Operational Effectiveness Evaluation of Artillery Command Vehicle Based on the Cloud Theory and DEA Method
Abstract：Based on the application of cloud theory and the DEA method, the artillery wheeled command vehicle system operational effectiveness evaluation is researched. Construction of index system, through the statistics to establish state data sample set, establish the cloud model, this system combat effectiveness evaluation, obtain a group of index vector cloud, then the index system evaluation model CCR, get another set of indicators to assess the value of the two group. The final evaluation value, to get the final evaluation result.
