Evaluation on the Campaign Ability of Naval-gun Weapon System Based on Advanced AHP
Abstract：The effectiveness evaluation of the naval gun weapon system is a multi objective evaluation process. It can be quantitative a nalysised by using Analytical Hierarchy Process（AHP）, then the checking up of consistency is necessary in AHP. In actual evalution, it awalys adjust the estimate matrix by rough measure to satisfy the demend of consistency. So it is of blindness, using the concept of matrix transfer optimization to advance the AHP, making it satisfy the demend of consistency and have the value of power automatically. The instance of effectiveness evaluation testify the feasibility and validity of the advanced AHP.
