Research of Electromagnetic Frequency Spectrum Management System Designing
Abstract：Electromagnetic frequency spectrum management（EFSM） is the key link of combat troops alliance operation on the sea in warship fleet.It must be an urgent and important task to enhance the EFSM construction for operation on the sea in the condition of information.Firstly,this paper studies dynamic spectrum management in complex electromagnetic environment and describes the basic concepts and content of warship fleet EFSM.Secondly,the warship fleet EFSM system is designed.Finally,the warship fleet EFSM system function is explained.
