Evaluation of the Artillery Command Organization under the Information Conditions
Abstract：Through analysising the usefulness of the artillery command organization, this paper reasonably establishes the assessment index system from 4 aspects： the information compaign ability, the plans decision ability, the organization planned ability and the command control ability, Then evaluates the effectiveness for the command organization with the level analysis law.
