Evaluation of Satellite Reconnaissance and Surveillance Intelligence Capability Based on Rough Set Theory
Abstract：Based on rough set theory, a method was proposed to evaluate satellite reconnaissance and surveillance intelligence capacity and construct the evaluation index system. A calculation method of evaluating the decision table and weight is given. Evaluation index and weights after the reduction are obtained through analyzing the test data, which overcome the subjectivity of traditional weight calculation method and make the evaluation results are more scientific and reasonable.
