An Algorithm for System Effectiveness Based on Independent Component Analysis
Abstract：The principles of independent component analysis was used,to extract the proportion of independent components as the ability matrix from the trustworthiness matrix of WSEIAC model.The impact of human factors was reduced in the evaluation results,increases data accuracy and objectivity.
