Research for Effectiveness Evaluation of Air Defense Command Information System Based on AHP-Fuzzy Method
Abstract：Based on the analysis of the factors which impact the air defense command and information system（ADFCIS） operational effectional effectiveness,the paper establishes the index system.Using the ways of the combination of AHP and Fuzzy evaluation,the authors overcome the difficulties impacted the weight and accurate quantitative evaluation of factors of ADFCIS.It has a certain reference value on research and development and modification of ADFCIS.
