Over-the-Horizon Target Localization Method and Accuracy Analysis for Surface Force
Abstract：First of all, the methods of indicating target＇s position are concluded and summarized, which are used by the Over-the-Horizon （OTH） radar and shipborne helicopter. Secondly, the source and constitution of the precision of target localization methods that typically exercised by the （OTH） radar and shipborne helicopter are analyzed. At last, the requirements to tactics in the OTH target localization operation are given.
