Abstract：The characteristics of laser guided weapon are low cost,high effect-cost rate,high precision which are becoming the one of the most important exactitude beating weapons.How to antagonize the laser exactitude guiding weapon is the research keystone in a lot of countries.The research and appliance status of the laser guide weapon was completely analyzed.The main equipments of the antagonizing laser guided weapon equipments were summarized.The development of the antagonizing laser guided weapon equipments was analyzed at last.
