Abstract:A crossing experiment between Chlamysfarreria (female) andArgopectenrradians (male) was conducted, and the developing process of fertilized eggs stained with DAPI were continually observed by fluorescent microscope. The results showed that the sperm could be incorporated into ootid to complete the development process, and the filial generations can be obtained finally.Besides, we set three experiments:Chlamysfarreria (female) and Argopectenrradians (male) , Chlamysfarreria self-fertilization and Argopectenirradiants self-fertilization to investigate the fertility rate, cleavage rate, hatching rate and the growth of larvae. The results showed that hybrid group's fertility, cleavage, hatching were92.77%, 81.46% and 51.23%, respectively. All the hybrid filial generations died in seven days, but the filial generations of Chlamysfarreria self-fertilization and Argopectenirradiants self-fertilization can develop to eyespot larvae. The study shows that there is no significant difference in the growth between the hybrid group and the two self-fertilizations in the survival phase, and the difference in survival rate is significant.
