A Study on the Construction of a Redline System for Island Ecological Protection

Abstract：Attaching importance to the protection and restoration of island ecosystems and enhancing the ecologic value of islands are the inevitable requirements for returning to "clear water and blue sky".However,It has not received attentions to characterize the island red line in the current implementation of marine ecological red line.Therefore,we proposed to delineate Island ecological protection red line and tried to define it firstly.We also put forward the main framework system of island ecological protection red line,which is established by the technology guideline of island ecological protection red line,development access for island resources,ecological environment compensation and island protection and development.This framework system can provide a reference for the goal of using "one map" to control the marine ecological red line in China.
