Quality Classification of Sea Area Used for Tourism in Hainan Province

Abstract：The homogeneous quality evaluation units of sea area are based on 46 tourism marine functional zones of Marine Functional Zonation of Hainan Province.Following principle of the significance,stability and ease of comparison 7 factors and 16 index on the tourism zone scale,resource abundance,marine natural conditions,traffic accessibility,tourism infrastructure and regional economic level are determined for establishing the quality evaluation system,the comprehensive scores of the sea area tourism quality are calculated,and Hainan tourism function zone of Hainan province is divided into 4 levels.The results can be used to establish a set of effective criteria benchmar price system of sea areas for sea area price assessment,and provide marine management department a reference price for tender,auction and listing of sea area use rights.
