SUMMARY OF THE APPLICATIONS OF MATHEMATICAL AND STATISTICAL METHODS IN FISHERIES RESEARCH IN CHINA
Abstract：Fishery statistical methods are important to fishery resources research.The application of mathematical and statistical methods in fisheries research in China began in the late 1950s, developed in the 1960s to the 1980s and went into a new stage in the 1990s. As a developing country, China faces much more challenges as well as opportunities in fisheries research.
