Abstract：This paper is based on materials investigated by the authors. It mainly included the explanation of varies fish species, water-biology and geographical conditions of Sanshan Island. And it also analyzed how the spawn site formed. According to the present fishery resources, the authors made suggestions on the establishment ora Fish Reserve, in order to make continual use of our resources.
