Abstract：Based on the sample data of the Acetes chinensis Hansen caught in the set-net catch in Laizhou bay and Huanghe estuary in Augast and October, 1998 and May, 1999, in the paper we analyzed the composition of length, weight, sex proportion and the relationship between length and weight. Considering the yield change of Acetes chinensis Hansen in recent years, the authors present a proposal on how to use the resource reasonably.
