Abstract:Along with the success of six manned spaceflight missions, weightlessness simulations combined with on-orbit experiments became the primary research mode for weightlessness physiology in China. In this paper, the weightlessness physiological effects from series of head-down bed rests and evidences from series"Shen-Zhou"missions were reviewed. Independent innovation findings of China in weightlessness physiological mechanisms were introduced. A brief overview about countermeasure system for long-term manned space flight was elucidated in countermeasure target, countermeasure development mode, countermeasure programs and countermeasure evaluation techniques. The development prospects were put forward for the future weightlessness physiology researches in long-term space flight operations and deep space explorations.
