Abstract：To establish the Moon/Mars base,bioregenerative life support system (BLSS) is one of the key technologies that must be solved in these long-term manned space missions.In the BLSS system,plants play an essential role.Microorganisms associated with the plants are very important for the plant growth in a closed environment,even affect the stability of the whole BLSS.This paper introduced the research progress of the plant microbial ecology within the BLSS.The results may have reference value for BLSS research in our country.
