Research Progress in Individual Cooperation Ability

Abstract：Team is a basic unit to complete missions in many fields.Cooperation ability is only meaningful in multiplayer scenarios where the individual cooperation ability will affect the performance of the team members and the outcome of the mission.According to the previous studies,there are two aspects influencing the individual cooperation ability:the subjective views of collaboration and the objective performance in conducting the collaboration.This study summarized the factors affecting the individual cooperation ability and the available evaluation methods so as to provide a theoretical basis for later researches and selections of the team.
