Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of interleukin-17A treatment on fibroblast cell NIH/3T3 apoptosis induced by bleomycin in mouse. Methods The apoptosis was induced with bleomycin, and detected by TUNEL staining. The expression of cleaved-caspase-3 and Bcl-2 was detected with Western blot. Results The fragmentation of DNA in mouse fibroblast cell NIH/3T3 was promoted with bleomycin treatment. The expression of cleaved-caspase-3 was increased and the expression of Bcl-2 was decreased. The treatment of interleukin-17A inhibited the fragmentaion of DNA in mouse fibroblast cell NIH/3T3 with treatment of bleomycin. The expression of cleaved-caspase-3 was reduced and the expression of Bcl-2 was increased by interleukin-17A treatment. Conclusion Interleukin-17A inhibits apoptosis induced by bleomycin through stimulating Bcl-2 in mouse fibroblast cell.
