Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation on Psychological Selection Indices of Air Traffic Controller

Abstract：Objective To provide a real and comprehensive psychological selection method basing on study of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on psychological section indices of air traffic controller(ATC). Methods In the devised comprehensive evaluation model, the general target was divided into a series of sub goals, which formed various layers. By means of fuzzy mathematics, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on psychological selection indices was conducted. Results With the fuzzy calculation of psychological selection indices of ATC,the correctness of the indices was verified. Conclusion The fuzzy evaluation on psychological selection indices of ATC based on the above method provides a real and comprehensive psychological selection method.
