Abstract:Pulmonary thromboembolism(PTE)is one of the common causes of sudden unexpected death, with a high morbidity and mortality rate, seriously threatening patients' lives and health seriously.Trauma and genetic factors can lead to lower limb deep vein thrombosis(LDVT)secondary to PTE,and the mechanism of its occurrence has been a hot topic of research at home and abroad. In this article,we summarize trauma and genetic variation leading to LDVT secondary to PTE and sudden unexpected death by focusing on vascular endothelial damage, venous stasis and hypercoagulable state of the blood,so as to provide references for clinical prevention, treatment and forensic identification.
