Influence of Multi-dimensional Psychological Intervention Under the Empowerment Theory on the Physical and Mental State and Quality of Life of Patients After Intracranial Aneurysm Surgery

Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of multi-dimensional psychological intervention under the empowerment theory on the physical and mental state and quality of life of patients after intracranial aneurysm surgery.Methods Using the random number table method,124 patients with intracranial aneurysms who underwent endovascular interventional therapy in Henan Provincial People's Hospital from January to December 2024 were evenly divided into two groups.On the basis of the routine care of the control group(62 cases),multi-dimensional psychological intervention under the empowerment theory was given to the observation group(62 cases).The scores of the depression anxiety and stress scale(DASS-21),the self rated abilities for health practices scale(SRAHP),and the generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of depression,anxiety and stress in DASS-21 of both groups decreased,and the scores of depression,anxiety and stress in DASS-21 of the observation group were lower(P＜0.05).After the intervention,the SRAHP scores of both groups increased,and the SRAHP score of the observation group was higher(P＜0.05).After the intervention,the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function,material life status and overall quality of life in GQOLI-74 of both groups increased,and the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function,material life status and overall quality of life in GQOLI-74 of the observation group were higher(P＜0.05).Conclusion The multi-dimensional psychological intervention under the empowerment theory can effectively improve the physical and mental state,health behaviors and quality of life of patients after intracranial aneurysm surgery,and has application and promotion value.
