Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of improved puncture strategy on computed tomography(CT)-guided percutaneous lung biopsy. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy using improved puncture strategy(observation group)admitted to the First People's Hospital of Pingdingshan from July 2023 to April 2025 were retrospectively collected. The propensity score matching method(PSM)was used to match 100 patients with CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy using conventional puncture method according to 1∶1(traditional group). The results of CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy, puncture times, puncture operation time, pneumothorax and bleeding were compared between the two groups, and patient satisfaction was statistically analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in the results of CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy of patients between the two groups(P>0.05).The proportion of patients with one puncture in the observation group(92.00%)was higher than that in the traditional group(81.00%),and the puncture operation time[(69.00±15.24)s]was shorter than that in the traditional group[(144.78±17.93)s](P<0.05).The total incidence of pneumothorax of patients in the observation group was 2.00%,which was lower than 10.00%in the traditional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of bleeding of patients between the observation group(2.00%)and the traditional group(5.00%)(P>0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group(97.00%)was higher than that in the traditional group(87.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved puncture strategy can improve the puncture efficiency of CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy, reduce the risk of pneumothorax and improve the treatment satisfaction of patients.
