Henan Expert Consensus on Laboratory Detection of Autoantibodies

Abstract：With the study of the mechanism of autoimmune diseases(AID),the detection and application of AID and autoantibodies have attracted more and more clinical attention.However,clinicians in primary hospitals have not enough understanding of AID,and the clinical laboratory of primary hospitals has carried out less corresponding tests.In order to promote the development of clinical immunology in Henan province,the Society of Microbiology and Immunology Branch of Henan Medical Association and the Clinical Micaorbiology Division of Henan society of Microbiology organized experts to compile this consensus.The consensus mainly includes three parts:autoantibody detection methodology,performance verification and quality control,clinical significance and result interpretation.Due to limited space,this consensus mainly introduces the characteristics and differences of different detection methods,and provides recommendations for autoantibody laboratory testing in hospitals at all levels in Henan Province,especially primary hospitals,so that hospitals at all levels can standardize their use and better serve patients.
