Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of dynamic closed-loop education combined with ABC-X emotion management on negative emotions, disease uncertainty, and coping styles in patients with liver cancer. Methods A total of 80 patients with liver cancer admitted to Kaifeng Central Hospital from January 2023 to February 2025 were divided into two groups using a random number table method. On the basis of routine nursing, the control group(40 cases)received dynamic closed-loop education, while the observation group(40 cases)received dynamic closed-loop education combined with ABC-X emotion management. The scores of the positive and negative affect scale(PANAS),Mishel's uncertainty in illness scale(MUIS),and medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ)were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the positive emotion scores increased and the negative emotion scores decreased in both groups, with significantly greater changes in the observation group(P<0.05).After intervention,MUIS scores decreased in both groups, with the observation group showing significantly lower scores(P<0.05).After intervention, the yields and avoidance scores in MCMQ decreased, while confrontation scores increased in both groups, with significantly greater changes in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dynamic closed-loop education combined with ABC-X emotion management can effectively regulate negative emotions, alleviate disease uncertainty, and improve coping styles in patients with liver cancer, demonstrating clinical application value.
