Effect of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy-Assisted Tantospironone Citrate Combined with Duloxetine in Depressed Adolescent Patients with Non-suicidal Self-injury Behavior

Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of dialectical behavior therapy with tantonone citrate and duloxetine in depressed adolescents patients with non-suicidal self-injury behavior.Methods This study selected 94 adolescent patients with depression who also exhibited non-suicidal self-injury behaviors from Zhengzhou Ninth People's Hospital from August 2023 to August 2024.The general information of the patients was retrospectively analyzed,and they were grouped according to the treatment methods.There were 47 cases in the control group,who were treated with tantonone citrate combined with duloxetine.In the observation group,47 cases were treated based on the control group with dialectical behavior therapy.The total response rate of disease treatment,Barratt impulsivity scale(BIS-11),modified overt aggression scale(MOAS)score and quality of life scale for children and adolescent(QLSCA)score were compared.Results The total response rate in the observation group was 93.62％,statistically different from the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in all scales between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After medication,the scores of BIS-11 and MOAS were decreased,and the scores of QLSCA were increased,and the changes in the observation group were more significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Dialectic behavior therapy assisted tantonone citrate combined with duloxetine regimen can effectively treat adolescent depression with non-suicidal self-injury behavior,which can not only control impulsive behavior and explicit aggressive behavior,but also improve the quality of life.
