Current Situation of Drug Clinical Trial Institutions in Henan Province After the Filing System

Abstract：Objective Through systematic data collection,this paper analyzes the current situation of drug clinical trial institutions in Henan Province in terms of institution filing,professional discipline construction and undertaking clinical trial projects,so as to further improve the quality of clinical trials in Henan Province.Methods The National Medical Products Administration drug clinical trial filing management information system and drug clinical trial registration and information publicity platform were consulted,data related to drug clinical trial institutions and research projects in Henan Province were collected,and Microsoft Excel and IBM SPSS Statistics 26 were used for statistical processing.Results The number of filing institutions in Henan Province was 103,accounting for 6.37％of the country's total,ranking third,of which Zhengzhou had the largest number of filings(29).Among the professional data recorded,the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University had the largest number of filings(48)in the province.Among the data of registered researchers,Zhengzhou City(847,42.31％)and Luoyang City(235,11.74％)had more than 50％of the record data of the province.At the same time,it undertook the analysis of clinical trial projects,and the development area was mainly concentrated in Zhengzhou City.Conclusion The clinical trials of drugs in Henan Province have made some progress,but there are still some problems,such as uneven development of the number of institutions for filing,great differences in regional distribution,lack of development of Chinese medicine disciplines and insufficient number of lead units.It is necessary to combine policy incentives,the establishment of a scientific research platforms and the establishment of research talent system to promote the development of clinical research in Henan Province.
