Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between psychological flexibility and rehabilitation exercise compliance of patients after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer. Methods The clinical data of 245 patients who completed modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer in Henan Cancer Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were retrospectively collected. All patients were assessed with the acceptance and action questionnaire-2nd edition(AAQ-Ⅱ)after surgery, and patients'rehabilitation exercise compliance was assessed with the self-designed rehabilitation exercise compliance scale. The relationship between psychological flexibility and rehabilitation exercise compliance of patients after modified radical surgery for breast cancer was analyzed. Results The rehabilitation training compliance score of 245 patients with breast cancer after modified radical mastectomy was 47-90 points, with an average of(67.71±7.54)points.The scores of rehabilitation exercise compliance of breast cancer patients aged<60 years after modified radical mastectomy were higher than those of patients aged ≥ 60 years(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that rehabilitation exercise compliance of patients after modified radical surgery for breast cancer was positively correlated with the score of the benefit finding scale-Chinese(BFSC)(r>0,P<0.05).There was a negative correlation(r<0,P<0.05)with the hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS)anxiety score, depression score, and AAQ-Ⅱ score.Through multiple linear regression analysis, the linear regression equation was obtained,in which the regression model F=59.582,R2=0.555,after adjustment R2=0.546,aged ≥60,the lower the BFSC score, the higher the HADS anxiety score, the higher the HADS depression score, and the higher the AAQ-Ⅱ score were the risk factors for poor rehabilitation exercise compliance of patients after modified radical surgery for breast cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion The mental flexibility of patients with breast cancer after modified radical mastectomy is closely related to the compliance with rehabilitation exercise, and mental flexibility is the influencing factor of patients' compliance with rehabilitation exercise.
