Relationship Between Team Interaction and Work Performance Among Nursing Staff in Zhengzhou Family Doctor Teams

Abstract:Objective To gain an in-depth understanding of the current characteristics of work performance among nursing staff in family doctor teams in Zhengzhou,systematically analyze the influencing mechanism of key factors(such as team interaction)on work performance,and provide empirical references for formulating targeted performance improvement strategies and optimizing the quality of family doctor contract services.Methods An electronic questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the status of team interaction and work performance of nursing staff in 10 community health service centers in Zhengzhou from October 2024 to January 2025.Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the impact of team interaction status and work performance.Results A total of 134 questionnaires were distributed to nursing staff,and 123 valid responses were obtained(effective response rate 91.79%).The total work performance score of nursing staff was(49.78±4.56),with a standardized score rate of 92.19%.The Cronbach's α coefficient(reliability coefficient)of the questionnaire ranged from 0.867 to 0.971.There was a positive correlation between team interaction and work performance of nursing staff.Conclusion The overall work performance of nursing staff in family doctor teams in Zhengzhou is at a relatively high level,but there is still room for improvement-especially the management of team conflicts,which requires key improvements.Community health service centers should focus on enhancing the professional competence of nursing staff and actively improving team interaction to elevate the work performance of nursing staff.
