Abstract:Objective To understand the willingness of patients' family members to choose non-accompanying care services and explore the influencing factors. Methods A general information questionnaire, family caregiver task inventory(FCTI)and Zarit burden interview(ZBI)were used to survey 210 patients' family members. Results Among the 210 patients' family members,109(51.90%)were willing to choose non-accompanying care services.Logistic regression analysis showed that the relationship with the patient, average monthly income, times of accompanying care in the past year, caregiving ability and caregiving burden were the influencing factors of the willingness of patients' family members to choose non-accompanying care services(P<0.05).Conclusion The willingness of patients' family members to choose non-accompanying care services is at a medium level, but there is still considerable room for improvement. It is suggested that medical institutions build a non-accompanying care service system that accurately identifies needs, provides individualized services and offers full support for both physical and mental health,to further enhance the willingness to choose non-accompanying care services.
