Abstract:Objective To explore the moderating role of magnetic management concepts in the relationship between nurse structural empowerment and occupational burnout. Methods A random sampling method was used to select 155 registered nurses on duty from the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan Medical University as the research subjects. The structural authorization scale,Chinese version of the work burnout scale, and magnetic management element scale were used for evaluation. The relationship between nurse structural authorization, magnetic management concept, and occupational burnout is analyzed through correlation analysis. The Bootstrap method was used to verify the significance of the mediating effect. Results The total score of structural authorization for nurses was(63.65±14.02)points,the total score of occupational burnout was(3.76±0.66)points,and the total score of magnetic management concept was(92.41±16.48)points.Correlation analysis shows that occupational burnout was negatively correlated with magnetic management(r=-0.708,P<0.05)and positively correlated with structural empowerment(r=0.331,P<0.05).The mediation effect analysis shows that structural authorization partially mediates the relationship between magnetic management and occupational burnout, with indirect effects accounting for 48.68%.Conclusion Based on the concept of magnetic management, the structural authorization of nurses can effectively improve their occupational burnout in the work process, and provide reference for hospitals to enhance nurses' work enthusiasm and medical quality.
