Abstract:Objective To explore the related risk factors affecting the regression of patients with hepatitis B liver failure and intervention countermeasures. Methods One hundred patients with hepatitis B liver failure admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into improvement group(61 cases)and progression group(39 cases)according to the regression.Through questionnaires administered to patients and their families, univariate and multivariate analyses were conducted on the related risk factors affecting the regression of patients with hepatitis B liver failure. Results In univariate analysis, there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in gender, hepatitis B virus deoxyribonucleic acid(HBV DNA),alkaline phosphatase, combined upper gastrointestinal bleeding, and combined pulmonary infection(P>0.05).Statistically significant differences were found in age, alanine aminotransferase(ALT),cholinesterase(ChE),model for end-stage liver disease(MELD)score, combined cirrhosis, and combined ascites(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age,ALT,ChE,MELD score, combined cirrhosis, and combined ascites were independent risk factors affecting the regression of patients with hepatitis B liver failure(P<0.05).Conclusion Relevant risk factors affecting disease progression in patients with hepatitis B liver failure include age,MELD score,ALT,ChE,combined cirrhosis, and combined ascites.By monitoring and analyzing these risk factors, the risk factors for disease progression can be effectively managed and controlled, and scientific interventions can be implemented to improve patient prognosis.
