Effect of Amisulpride Combined with Group Psychotherapy in Patients with Mental and Behavioral Disorders Induced by Alcohol

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of combining group psychotherapy with amisulpride in patients with alcohol-induced mental and behavioral disorders.Methods A total of 80 male patients with alcohol-induced mental and behavioral disorders were included in the Department of Psychiatry of the Zhengzhou Ninth People's Hospital,and were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)by the randomized numerical table method.The control group was given amisulpride treatment,while the observation group was treated with group psychotherapy on this basis,and the improvement effects of the two groups were observed after the intervention.Results The symptom scores of the observation group at each intervention time point(2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks)were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The medication adherence rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The self-control ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Amisulpride combine with group psychotherapy can improve patients' clinical symptoms and depression,and effectively improve patients' medication compliance,clinical efficacy and self-control ability.
