Effect of Arthroscopic Double-Row Suture Bridge Fixation Combined with Local Injection of Tranexamic Acid in the Treatment of Posterior Cruciate Ligament Avulsion Fracture

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of arthroscopic double-row suture bridge fixation combined with local injection of tranexamic acid in the treatment of posterior cruciate ligament avulsion fracture(PCLAF).Methods A total of 88 patients with PCLAF admitted to Nanyang Second People's Hospital from June 2019 to June 2023 were randomly divided into single group(arthroscopic double-row suture bridge fixation,44 cases)and combined group(arthroscopic double-row suture bridge fixation combined with local injection of tranexamic acid,44 cases).The two groups were compared in perioperative period,bone healing,joint stability,serum factors at 3 months of follow-up and adverse reactions within 1 year of follow-up.Results After treatment,the wound healing time,walking time and hospital stay of the combined group were shorter than those of the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the operation time between the two groups(P＞0.05).The fracture reduction quality in the combined group was higher than that in the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The joint stability of both groups was increased,and the combined group was higher than the single group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of β-collagen special sequence(β-CTx)and osteosclerosis protein(SOST)were decreased in both groups,and the levels of type Ⅰ procollagen amino acid propeptide(PⅠNP)were increased in both groups,and the levels in combined group were higher than those in single group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic double-row anchor-bridge fixation combined with local injection of tranexamic acid has a significant effect on PCLAF,which can accelerate recovery,improve bone metabolism and promote bone formation.
