Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of acetaminophen and mannitol injection on postoperative pain in patients with gynecological benign diseases undergoing laparoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 120 patients with gynecological benign diseases undergoing laparoscopic surgery in Zhoukou Central Hospital from January 2024 to February 2025 were selected for the study and divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 60 patients in each group. Before anesthesia induction and 6 hours after surgery, control group received an intravenous infusion of 50 mL of 9 g·L-1 sodium chloride injection, while observation group received an intravenous infusion of 50 mL:500 mg of acetaminophen and mannitol injection. The perioperative hemodynamic parameters[mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate, pulse oximetry saturation(SpO2)]were compared between the two groups at baseline(To),immediately after anesthesia induction(T1),immediately after tracheal intubation(T2),immediately after skin incision(T3),30 minutes after skin incision(T4),immediately after recovery(Ts),12 hours(T6),and 24 hours(T7)after surgery. At 1 h,3 h,6 h,12 h and 24 h after operation, the resting and dynamic pain degree[numerical rating scale(NRS)]of the two groups were compared, and the clinical indexes, postoperative rehabilitation indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results MAP in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group at T,,T3,T4,T6 and T7(P<0.05).Heart rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group at T1-T7(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SpO2 between observation group and control group at To-T7(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in anesthesia time between observation group and control group(P>0.05).The time of first use of analgesics in observation group was later than that in control group(P<0.05).The cumulative dose of analgesics in observation group at 24 h after operation was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).At 1 h,3 h,6 h,12 h and 24 h after operation, the resting and dynamic NRS scores of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The mechanical ventilation time, awake time, gastrointestinal motility recovery time and total hospitalization days in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acetaminophen and mannitol injection can effectively improve postoperative pain in patients with gynecological benign diseases undergoing laparoscopic surgery, reduce the dosage of analgesic drugs. At the same time,it helps to stabilize perioperative hemodynamics, shorten recovery time, and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions, with good safety.
