Abstract:Objective To analyze the influencing factors of nutritional risk in stroke patients with dysphagia. Methods Literature related to the nutritional risk of patients with dysphagia in stroke was searched in PubMed,the Cochrane Library,Web of Science,Embase,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),and Wanfang databases, and the data were meta-analysed using the software Review Manager 5.3.Results A total of 7 articles were included in this study, involving 1 544 patients.Meta-analysis showed that age ≥60 years old(OR=2.32,95%CI:1.64-3.27,P<0.001),pulmonary infection(OR=2.14,95%CI:1.49-3.06,P<0.001),National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score at admission(OR=1.28,95%CI:1.18-1.38,P<0.001)were risk factors for nutritional risk in stroke patients with dysphagia. Conclusion Age ≥ 60 years, pulmonary infection, and NIHSS score on admission are risk factors for nutritional risk in stroke patients with dysphagia.Healthcare professionals should identify patients at higher nutritional risk as early as possible based on these influencing factors and develop appropriate interventions to reduce the incidence of nutritional risk in patients with dysphagia in stroke.
