Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation and predictive value of serum interleukin-10(IL-10)and histone deacetylase 10(HDAC10)levels in patients with cervical cancer and recurrence after radical resection. Methods A total of 223 cervical cancer patients who underwent radical resection in Anyang Cancer Hospital from January 2022 to July 2023 were prospectively selected.According to the recurrence within 2 years after operation, they were divided into recurrence group and non-recurrence group. The general data, preoperative serum IL-10 and HDAC10 levels were compared between the two groups. The influencing factors of recurrence after radical resection of cervical cancer patients were analyzed, and the correlation between serum IL-10 and HDAC10 levels and recurrence risk and the value of predicting recurrence were analyzed. Results During the follow-up period,7 patients with cervical cancer were lost to follow-up,and the recurrence rate of patients with effective follow-up was 23.61%.The preoperative systemic immune inflammation index(SII),serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and IL-10 levels in the recurrence group were higher than those in the non-recurrence group. The levels of peripheral blood CD4+/CD8+and serum HDAC10 were lower than those in the non-recurrence group(P<0.05).SII,CA125,CD4+/CD8+,IL-10 and HDAC10 were all independent influencing factors for recurrence of cervical cancer patients after radical resection(P<0.05).There was a positive non-linear dose-response relationship between IL-10 level and recurrence risk after radical resection in cervical cancer patients, and a negative non-linear dose-response relationship between HDAC10 level and recurrence risk(Ptrend<0.05,Pnon-linear<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)of IL-10 and HD AC 10 in predicting the recurrence of cervical cancer patients after radical resection were not significantly different from those of SII,CA1 25,CD4+/CD8+(P>0.05).The AUC of IL-10 combined with HD AC 10 in predicting recurrence after radical resection of cervical cancer patients was 0.874,which was significantly higher than that of IL-10,HDAC10,SII,CA125,CD4+/CD8+(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative serum IL-10 and HDAC10 in cervical cancer patients have a non-linear dose-response relationship with the risk of recurrence, which can be used as predictors of recurrence.IL-10 combined with HD AC 10 can significantly improve the predictive efficacy.
