Application Effect of Intra-articular Injection of Sodium Hyaluronate Combined with Celecoxib in the Treatment of Knee Synovitis

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of sodium hyaluronate intracavitary injection combined with celecoxib in the treatment of knee synovitis.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted to collect clinical data of 68 patients with knee synovitis admitted to the Department of Orthopedics in Wugang People's Hospital from May 2020 to November 2023.According to the treatment plan,the patients were divided into two groups.Thirty-four patients receiving oral celecoxib treatment were included in the control group,and thirty-four patients receiving oral celecoxib combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate were included in the observation group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,contrast the levels of inflammatory cytokines before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment,as well as the recovery of knee joint function,and the occurrence of adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the overall treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-1 β(IL-1β)in knee effusion in both groups were lower,and the observation group was lower(P＜0.05).The Lysholm scores of both groups increased,and the observation group was higher(P＜0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with celecoxib has significant therapeutic effects in the treatment of synovitis of the knee joint,can alleviate joint inflammation in patients and promote the improvement of knee function,with good safety.
