Abstract:Objective To explore the status quo of family resilience of main caregivers of patients in respiratory intensive care unit and its influencing factors. Methods A total of 206 cases of main caregivers of patients in respiratory intensive care unit of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from October 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects, and the general information questionnaire, family resilience scale, social support rating scale(SSRS)and Zarit care burden scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey to analyze the correlation among them and the influencing factors of family resilience. Results The total score of family resilience, social support and burden of primary caregivers in respiratory intensive care unit was 169.25±18.55,33.15±3.01 and 52.33±7.04 respectively.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the family resilience of the main caregivers of patients in respiratory intensive care unit was positively correlated with social support(r=0.665,P<0.001)and negatively correlated with the burden of caregivers(r=-0.654,P<0.001).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the course of illness of patients in respiratory intensive care unit, the average monthly income of primary caregivers, the presence or absence of basic diseases, social support and care burden were the influencing factors of family resilience of primary caregivers of patients in respiratory intensive care unit(P<0.05).Conclusion The family resilience of the main caregivers of patients in respiratory intensive care unit is at a medium level.Clinical medical staff should pay more attention to the specific situation of patients, pay more attention to family functions, and provide personalized guidance according to the specific situation,so as to reduce the burden of care and improve family resilience.
