Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of cognitive-motor dual-task training combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)on cognitive function and daily living ability of patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI).Methods Eighty patients with PSCI were divided into single group and combined group according to the order of admission, with 40 cases in each group. The single group was given routine rehabilitation and cognitive-motor dual-task training, while the combined group was treated with rTMS on the basis of single group, and both groups were observed for 4 weeks. Before and after intervention, serum homocysteine(Hcy)and neuron-specific enolase(NSE)levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The neurological function was evaluated by the National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS).The cognitive function was evaluated by the mini-mental state examination(MMSE)and Rivermead behavioral memory test(RBMT).The motor function was evaluated by the Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA).The daily living ability was evaluated by the modified Barthel index(MBI).Results After intervention, the levels of serum Hcy,NSE and NIHSS scores in both groups decreased, and the combined group was lower than the single group(P<0.05).The MMSE scores,RBMT scores,FMA lower limb scores,FMA upper limb scores and MBI scores in both groups increased, and the combined group was higher than the single group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive-motor dual-task training combined with rTMS can effectively improve the neurological function of patients with PSCI,promote the recovery of cognitive function, improve patients' motor function and daily living ability, and is conducive to promoting patients' rehabilitation.
