Curative Effect of Internal Fixation with Partially Threaded Cannulated Screw and Its Influencing Factors in Patients with Femoral Neck Fractures

Abstract：Objective To analyze the curative effect of internal fixation with partially threaded cannulated screw and its influencing factors in patients with femoral neck fractures.Methods A total of 80 patients with Pauwels type Ⅲ femoral neck fractures who underwent internal fixation with partially threaded cannulated screw in Henan Luoyang Orthopedic Hospital were retrospectively analyzed from January 2022 to April 2023.According to scores of hip Harris scale after 1 year of follow-up,they were divided into effective group and ineffective group.The clinical data in the two groups were statistically analyzed.The risk factors of curative effect were analyzed by univariate analysis and logistic multivariate regression analysis.Results In the 80 patients,there were 59 cases with effective treatment and 21 cases with ineffective treatment.The response rate of internal fixation with partially threaded cannulated screw for femoral neck fracture was 73.75％.There was no significant difference in age,gender,body mass index,interval from injury to surgery,operation time,start time of weight-bearing or occurrence of complications between the two groups(P＞0.05),but there were significant differences in bone mass,removal of internal fixation,anatomic reduction,postoperative infection and intracapsular decompression(P＜0.05).The results of logistic regression analysis showed that no anatomic reduction,no intracapsular decompression and postoperative infection were independent risk factor of ineffective treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion Curative effect of internal fixation with partially threaded cannulated screw is good in patients with femoral neck fractures.No anatomic reduction,no intracapsular decompression and postoperative infection are independent risk factor of ineffective treatment.
