Abstract:Objective To explore the risk factors affecting the survival of severed finger repair in patients with severed finger replantation. Methods The clinical data of 210 patients who received replantation repair of severed fingers at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from January 2018 to April 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.By means of effect of replantation repair of severed fingers, they were classified into survival group and non-survival group. The clinical data were compared, and the influencing factors affecting the rehabilitation effect of patients were analyzed by univariate analysis and multivariate logistic binary regression analysis. Results Logistic analysis showed that among 210 patients with replantation repair of severed fingers,152 cases survived and 58 cases did not survive.According to the results of univariate analysis, there were no statistical differences in age, gender, psychological status, preservation method and location of severed fingers between groups(P>0.05).Damage factor, damage degree, vasospasm status and ischemic time of severed fingers had an impact on postoperative survival rate(P<0.05).Binary logistic regression analysis showed that the incidence of crush injury, complete disconnection of the affected area, occurrence of vasospasm, and ischemia time more than 6 hours were independent risk factors affecting the survival of replantation repair(P<0.05).Conclusion The survival of severed finger repair in patients with severed finger replantation is affected by factors such as damage factor, damage degree, vasospasm status, and ischemic time of severed fingers. In view of risk factors affecting the survival of replantation, effective measures should be taken to improve the success rate of repair.
