Abstract:Objective To investigate the status quo of family stress tolerance in children with traumatic head injury and analyze its influencing factors. Methods A total of 137 children with traumatic craniocerebral injury hospitalized in ICU of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from May 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects.General questionnaire,Chinese version of family stress tolerance scale, family caring scale,Zarit caregiver burden scale were used to investigate. Results The family stress resistance score of children with traumatic brain injury was(90.78±13.10).Family stress tolerance score was positively correlated with family caring score(r=0.527,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with caregiver burden(r=-0.482,P<0.01).The results of regression analysis showed that the education level of the caregiver, the age of the child, the family residence of the caregiver, the length of hospital stay of the child, the relationship between the caregiver and the child, the degree of family care and the burden of care were the influencing factors of family resilience(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of family resilience of children with traumatic brain injury needs to be further improved. In clinical work, the level of family resilience of children with traumatic brain injury can be further improved by improving the family function of caregivers, reducing the burden of care, improving the prognosis and improving the rehabilitation process.
