Analysis of Postoperative Self-expression Status and Influencing Factors in Cervical Cancer Patients

Abstract：Objective To explore the postoperative self-expression status of cervical cancer patients and analyze the influencing factors of postoperative self-expression status.Methods A prospective study was conducted,which included 144 cervical cancer patients diagnosed in hospitals and planned to undergo radical hysterectomy treatment from February 2021 to December 2023.Statistical analysis was conducted on the self disclosure levels of patients after radical hysterectomy treatment[using the Chinese version of the distress disclosure index(DDI)].A baseline data questionnaire was designed to compare the postoperative DDI scores of cervical cancer patients with different baseline data characteristics.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of postoperative self disclosure levels of cervical cancer patients.Results After evaluation,the DDI score of cervical cancer patients after surgical treatment was(39.04±5.89),indicating a moderate level of self-expression.Preliminary comparison of postoperative DDI scores among cervical cancer patients with different baseline data characteristics revealed significant differences in postoperative DDI scores among cervical cancer patients with different educational levels,marital status,sleep quality,social adaptability,and self-efficacy(P＜0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level,marital status,sleep quality,social adaptability,and self-efficacy were the influencing factors of postoperative self-expression in cervical cancer patients(P＜0.05).Conclusion Postoperative self-expression in cervical cancer patients is at a moderate level,and the level of self-expression is mainly influenced by educational level,marital status,sleep quality,social adaptability,and self-efficacy.
