Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation between the changes of immune function indexes and kidney function in early recipients after kidney transplantation. Methods The clinical data of 50 patients who underwent allogeneic kidney transplantation at the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to April 2024 were retrospectively analyzed. There were 43 males and 7 females, aged from 21 to 62(40.02±10.47)years.The immune function indexes(T lymphocyte,CD4+T lymphocyte and CD8+T lymphocyte ratio, and CD4+/CD8+ratio)were measured by flow cytometry 15 days and 3 months after kidney transplantation. The levels of renal function indexes[blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCr),glomerular filtration rate(GFR)]were measured by autoratic biochemical analyzer.Pearson method was used to analyze the correlation between immune function index level and kidney function. Results Three months after operation, the percentage of T lymphocyte and CD8+T lymphocyte were higher than that of 15 days after operation(P<0.05),and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+was lower than that of 15 days after operation(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the proportion of CD4+T lymphocytes compared to 15 days after surgery(P>0.05).The levels of BUN and SCr in patients decreased compared to 15 days after surgery(P<0.05).GFR increased after 15 days postoperatively(P<0.05).The proportion of T lymphocytes in patients was negatively correlated with BUN(P<0.05),but not with SCr and GFR(P>0.05).The proportion of CD4+T lymphocytes was negatively correlated with GFR(P<0.05),but not with SCr and BUN(P>0.05).The percentage of CD8+T lymphocytes was positively correlated with GFR and negatively correlated with BUN and SCr(P<0.05).CD4+/CD8+ratio was positively correlated with BUN and SCr,and negatively correlated with GFR(P<0.05).Conclusion In the early stage after renal transplantation, the related indexes of immune function and renal function were improved gradually, and there was a correlation between them. The function of transplanted kidney can be evaluated to some extent.
