Abstract:Objective To observe the rehabilitation effect of behavioral analysis method training combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)on children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods Medical records of 94 children with ASD who were admitted to Henan Children's Hospital from May 2022 to June 2024 were retrospectively collected.Patients were divided into a reference group and a combined group according to treatment plans. Each group had 47 cases. The reference group received rTMS treatment, while the combined group received behavioral analysis method training combined with rTMS treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was compared,as well as the autism treatment evaluation checklist(ATEC),childhood autism rating scale(CARS),autism behavior checklist(ABC),Gesell developmental diagnostic scale, child sleep habits questionnaire(CSHQ),and social maturity scale(SM)before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the scores of perception, language, social interaction, and behavior in the combined group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the combined group was 95.74%,which was higher than that of the reference group(80.85%)(P<0.05).After treatment, the CARS score in the combined group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of sensory, body movement, language, interpersonal communication, and self-care in the combined group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of SM and Gesell developmental diagnostic scale in the combined group were higher than those in the reference group, while the CSHQ score was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The behavioral analysis method training combined with rTMS treatment for ASD has significant effects, improving children's language, perception, social skills, enhancing their ability to live, and promoting their development.
