Summary of the Best Evidence for Exercise Management for Advanced Lung Cancer

Abstract：Objective To search,evaluate,extract,summarize and analyze the best evidence of exercise management for advanced lung cancer,and to provide evidence-based evidence for clinical exercise management for advanced lung cancer.Methods According to the"6S"distribution model,evidences about exercise management for advanced lung cancer in domestic and foreign guideline websites,databases and relevant associations were searched.The retrieval time was from the establishment of the databases to February 28,2025.Literature evaluation and evidence extraction were carried out independently by two researchers with evidence-based training.Results A total of 15 literatures were included,including 1 evidence summary,3 guidelines,3 expert consensus and 8 systematic reviews.A total of 24 pieces of evidences covering exercise management were summarized.Conclusion This study integrates the best evidence for exercise management in patients with advanced lung cancer.The process is scientific,rigorous and comprehensive.Medical staff should select the best evidence in combination with the actual situation and individual factors of patients,establish and improve the exercise management mechanism for advanced lung cancer,to improve the quality of life of patients and the prognosis.
