Abstract:Objective To investigate the status quo of stress perception in patients with open fracture of lower extremity after surgery, and to discuss and analyze its influencing factors. Methods A total of 130 patients with open fracture of lower extremity who received surgical treatment in Xinyang Central Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects by convenient sampling. The questionnaires used included the general information questionnaire, the Chinese version of the perceived stress scale(CPSS),the perceived social support scale(PSSS),general self-efficacy scale(GSES),and comprehensive assessment of acceptance and commitment therapy processes(CompACT),and multiple linear regression models were used to study the influencing factors. Results The CPSS score of patients with lower extremity open fracture was(31.27±7.31)points,the GSES score was(27.53±5.46)points,PSSS was(62.73±11.75)points,CompACT was(59.13±8.15)points.The results of univariate analysis showed that age, place of residence, education level and the presence or absence of underlying diseases were the main influencing factors of stress perception of patients after lower extremity open fracture surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the perceived level of stress was negatively correlated with self-efficacy,perceived social support and psychological flexibility in patients with lower extremity open fracture. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that educational level,PSSS score,GSES score and CompACT score were the influencing factors of stress perception in patients with lower extremity open fracture.A total of 47.3%of the variation of stress perception in patients with lower extremity open fracture was explained. Conclusion Patients with lower extremity open fracture had a higher level of perceived stress, and the main influencing factors included educational level,self-efficacy,perceived social support and psychological flexibility. For patients with low psychological flexibility after surgery for open fractures of lower limbs, medical staff should carry out special psychological intervention, and help them improve their general self-efficacy and sense of social support,so as to effectively reduce the psychological pressure of patients.
