Construction of Intervention Scheme for ICU Nurses' Instrument Alarm Fatigue

Abstract：Objective To construct an intervention scheme for ICU nurses' instrument alarm fatigue,and to provide evidence for clinical nursing management.Methods Based on the evidence and field investigation,and through the Delphic expert letter inquiry method,the ICU nurses instrument alarm fatigue intervention scheme was established.Results After three rounds of expert consultation,a total of 14 experts proposed amendments to the plan,and the KAP comprehensive intervention plan was finally formed after revision.The intervention plan included three dimensions:knowledge,management and psychology,corresponding to the three themes of false alarm,work pressure and burnout,with a total of 30 specific measures.Conclusion The established intervention scheme of ICU nurses' instrument alarm fatigue is reliable and practical,and can be used as the basis for clinical nursing management.
